The requirements for lighting fixtures vary from intricate cut shapes to rolls of UL rated foam tape to seal and insulate various lighting fixtures. Temperature, end user conditions, and fixture designs often define what material is necessary for long lasting performance.  We have a variety of materials in stock that will meet the insulation requirements for most lighting applications: Nomex, a DuPont registered material that meets UL 94 VO specifications. Fish Paper, electrical grade vulcanized fiber. UL listed foams. UL listed sponge. Interface Solutions Voltoid material line that features V-090 which is an excellent electrical insulator and a flame barrier that meets UL 94 5 VA. Silicone Materials Our facility has been Registered by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 Series Standards.
